Hi, I all looking for some feedback on a tourney I am trying to host.

This is the second tourney I have hosted. The first one was a basic touney and I wanted to try something a little more complex with a theme.
I am a big F1 fan and wanted to host a tourney based on the 2010 F1 season. I have read it several times and it makes sense to me, but I am looking for a couple other opinions. Any advice or feedback via post or pm would be greatly appreciated
