About the labels,
They look great, but I would really like to see the full names, (instead of abbreviations). I realize that some of the names are rather long, but unless there is no available space, I believe that this map is screaming for the full name. You have a whole lot of space available outside of the Thailand perimeter, so all of those territs that are on that perimeter, have plenty of space for their full name. I would only use abbreviations, on the interior territs, that are too small for the full names.

Also, can you post a large and/or small version. The extra large is not helping, to properly visualize the map. we need to see what the text looks like in its actual size.

yep ok, Farang is correcting some of the names right now and has sent me a list already so i will add that to the next update.

I work with flickr... the offer diff sizes of each picture you d/l... can i just use the 640x640 i will post it below.. otherwise i can just resize it in photoshop.. use this for now i guess..

These last two sizes look fine, but you need to re-import the army numbers into the file, so that they will be the proper size.

When you are starting a map with so many small territs, use the small version to work on, but only for getting things to fit. Then when you are sure that you have that, jump over to the large version, and work on it exclusively until the end. After that you can scale that file down for the small version. It does not work well if you try to do it the other way around. Picture quality will suffer if you scale up.

You know Thai "states" have pretty long names right? We could put them all in Thai lang. that would be shorter I will try to get as many spelled out full on next update tho and see how it looks, although many inland will have to be abv.

Farang has something special planned for the HTMS & the army regions (that is what those symbols are)... I will work on the key in the game play forum.. i thought that was how it worked... maybe i was wrong.

what do abbreviations mean? they are short / cut down names of long names that do not fit into the territory. Do you have any suggestion of what to do if you wanted to see the full names? We were thinking of just putting the abbrev. along with the full name under the map with the xml. Maybe you have a diff suggestion?

I thought it looked cool like that, I have seen maps with connected bonuses outside the inset before.. if more do not like this, i could make a change.
