A salad of broccoli, cucumbers, onions, green peppers, and raisins mixed with french onion dressing. It's awesome. *munch munch*

Breakfast: Generally smoked salmon, drizzled with fresh lemon, freshly rough ground black pepper and cream cheese. Freshly squeezed Orange juice then a large cup, or two, of breakfast tea, brewed to strength. When I can't get the cook to make that I settle for a bowl of rice krispies.

Elevenses: cup of tea with ginger snaps.

Lunch. I get two choices
1) (Light Lunch snack) Pio Tosini Palma ham (have eaten Pio Tosini for years, won't try another). with sun dried and sun blushed tomatoes with a fine Chardonnay
2) (Heavy Lunch snack) Medium sliced Fillet steak (very rare) thinly layered with good quality patƩ topped with a Parmigiano-Reggiano salad, all in a freshly baked (but not hot) ciabatta. Washed down with a Gevrey Chambertin.

This sees me through to tea time.

This sounds a lot better than the can of ravioli I just ate.

The only time I play cc with any food/beverage is with my morning tea. We can't all afford to be aristocrats like Fruitcake.

I thought Fruitcake would eat something a bit more... fruity. And cake-like.

I usually skip breakfasts, so I rarely ever have anything to eat or drink with CC in the morning...

I only get lunch on a couple of days during the work week---two if I am lucky! Most of the time my early dinner is my first meal of the day, with a later snack in the evening.

So I still rarely get to enjoy anything delicious or refreshing while on CC! :D

Special treat today!

Having had a few people over yesterday for a roast duck lunch there was some left over. So for elevenses/lunch (on a diet this week so combining both snackettes) I am enjoying cold roast duck sandwiches with caramelised red onion topping on thick cut granary brown bread, a few black olives on the side and a very nice glass (or three) of Robert Mondavi 2007 Pinot Noir (a great quaffing wine).

Not sure how I will manage to get through to tea time without eating anything else, but I shall try.
