Top left of the forum home page gives you the time it is in your time zone. If you want CC time, just log out and it'll give cat there

Leehar wrote:I guess, but as I said, you have the time on the forum homepage, so I really don't see a need to put CC time on the top of every page, specially since that'll mean that everyone will need to convert that CC time to your normal one. I really think the BB code is a lot better for situations instead of complicating it with a CC time clock for everyone.

No one's complicating it at all. You realize that considering people's local time is shown on their computer anyway (bottom right for PCs, top right for Macs I think) that they won't have to convert anything. They'll see what CC time it is during their local time with the Live Clock and plan accordingly (when the CC time advances 5 hours, my local time advanced 5 hours). Things like that.
No conversion necessary. And like I said, having to click around (especially if in Live Chat or a speed game) to figure out what CC time it is isn't the most practical thing.

Leehar wrote:With regards to CC time, as I said earlier, thats what the bb code is for? I'm really not seeing a scenario where you'd desperately need a CC clock at the top of the page instead of using the resources that are already at your disposal. I've seen those clocks you mentioned before, but it's irritated me more than anything else having a clock thats always giving me a different time than my actual...
Metsfanmax wrote:I don't want to be rude, but any suggestion that involves logging out of the site is not much of a suggestion at all =/
Besides, the clock could also be configured to display your local time next to CC time.

Check before logging on then? Tbh, the only reason I saw cc time at all was because the forums log me out so often if I don't stay 'active' for long enough...

Doesn't matter if we agree or disagree with a suggestion. If it garners enough support, we'll sticky it and move it to submitted if all the flaws are worked out.
I'll say it again, i've stickied and submitted suggestions that I didn't support.
