the sea can be lightened but not a fan of the idea. the legend being put to the side will be done.

i dont want it lighter just flatten it a bit (some of it looks more like a whirlpool than a sea) this is assuming we go for number two

most people feel that no.2 has a better sea feel to it. i'll try the flattening idea but i'm not going to promise it will be done.

I am half scottish as is newcastle, i just have an extreme spelling problem
the army shadows will be put in once were sure we have a map everyone likes this will mean the numbers will be readable, remember, were still at early stages :)

yes we are both from families of deep scottish origin but both have a great spealing problem. i am from the Armstrong family ( Might also be from the Elliots becasue i know we're not inbread) and Balsiefen is from the Camerons, Maclarens, Wallaces, and Robertsons. i don't think he's really all that sure what one he is.

What do you want to know? The forum, map making, commenting on others' maps?

If you want Photoplus or Paint Shop Pro , Balsiefen, I have both. If you want to send it to me or you could come round to work on it. Let me know. If you send it to me, tell me what to do with it.

I know we don't want the map any longer, but you really should have the Shetlands Isles there to complete the map, or else it's not really Scotland.

It could be done as it is on many maps as a boxed off island anywhere on the right hand side of the map.
