Things Not Known With 'Certitude'

Inspired by recently resigned Rep. Anthony Weiner (USA) and his Twitter Fiasco, saying in the beginning he did not know with 'certitude' whether or not it was his crotch in a tweeted photograph...

What things do you not know with 'certitude'?

During the 1990's everyone was on drugs all of the time so my memory is hazy. I cannot say with any degree of certitude that I was not a necromancer during that period.
