I think the bigger problem is that fircoal hasn't been around. Whatever nominations were sent to fircoal I don't think Commander has gotten.

That and Commander has his own game, plus Memebase with me, plus all the games he's playing. That's just in this forum.

Also the irony now is that Commander is now gone. Whom has all the nominations basically...

There's been little a discussion about reviving this and I wanted to ask whether community is still interested? Also, what would everyone think if this would be made annual instead (one of the suggestions that were proposed). Thoughts?
But... It was so artistically done.

Still interested. Biannual is probably better since the community changes up pret frequently, but some could be annual awards. I think less categories overall is a good idea.

My position as stated previously: abandon the one from August but turn the next one into a full year one to make up for it. From there continue with a biannual schedule.

I'm totally fine with this. I'll leave this here for a few days to see if people will express interest, and if they will, we can make an announcement and re-submitting the ballots and reigniting the competition.

There should be a few general announcements soon, but ladies and gentlemen, prepare your ballots and nominations as this is about to start.

I've had an extremely stressful and busy week, but all of the judges in comity will get to vote tomorrow and preliminary date should be the next weekend.
