just to clear up the 10 player list

this list is not the members that each clan uses in the tournament every clan can use who ever they want in there own clan every week. this list is for the division directors use only if for any reason the first contact fails to provide the division director with maps, settings, and players by the given dead line the DD will then set up random games with pre set setting and use this list that you guys provide us to insert players. at this point clans have no say who plays, this is your penalty for not meeting the dead line.

here is the rule in case some of you missed it

The primary contacts are asked to PM to their Division Organizer the players, maps and settings for their home games 2 days in advance of each round (by Sunday no later than midnight eastern standard time). If the deadline is not met the the Division Organizer will create Random games (Esc, Chained, Sunny) and will randomly invite players from the clan's preliminary player list (provided at the start of the season). Once details are sent to the Division Director there will be no changes allowed.

so saying all of this we only need ten premium players on the list and once you submit it, that is your list and that's who we will invite so make sure the people on the list will be here for the long hall and are willing to play random games we will not be substituting on these lists once the league starts lists are final!!!

so please only give us 10 premium players and make sure you have the people you want on that list due to fact it will be final on the first dead line of first week of the tournament.

Clarification needed:

1. Why no cap on nukes games and not being allowed? This was essentially a done deal last I had heard.

2. Where are the map restrictions beyond just 1 per phase? Eg. what is preventing clans from picking all the same type of map and not showing a variety of styles. Eg. a whole week of home games where they are all neutral heavy maps like Pelo, Feudal, etc.? Or choosing really small maps for quad games etc.

3. Timing out rules. If 2 different players time out in a clan, is the 2nd one a forfeit or is the rule designed for the same player?

4. Where is the account sitting rule? The CLA and CD's had an alignment on having a C&A volunteer to help with the upcoming league. Did that fall off the table? To me that was really going to push the clan area in the right direction.

I actually don't see whats wrong with having people with clan experience and even being lead by those with clan war organizing experience can't join?
We've already had quite a few clan dissolutions and re-formations over the years (from the likes of kort and tofu to now otpisani and earlier wild geese who were excluded from the Conqueror's Cup).
Could the CLA not discuss some other restrictions to devise that serve a similar purpose but don't unfairly exclude other clans who I doubt anyone could say would be unable to meet the needs of participating in the clan league? Obviously we wouldn't want the issues of Time in cl3 and DD etc in cl2 to be repeated, but I doubt that otpisani would be guilty of similar things?
