I assume that content (text and such) is formatted by CSS, and that is where I found it. Anyway, moving on.

☺☻♠♪ Lucida Console has a handful of special characters, nothing too interesting. Arial is about the same.
All the other Lucida I checked had nothing. ⅛Ж∫ Trebuchet MS has crap-all for fun.
Don't have Lucida Grande, Helvetica of any sort or sans-serif.

Last night we were able to view special characters like ✞ without having the same font installed on the computer. I have no idea which font his browser was substituting but it worked fine. Unless the BBS provides the font instead of the computer...

But now I'm curious if some people cannot see the skulls?
