One thing is for sure though, the moment another ISP decides to come here, Slim will send a line of optic fiber killing the competitor's chances.

Yeah, Telmex was a gift from Salinas to Slim. Slim must be done passing money to Salinas by now. This is why Mexico is the shit that it is, this things happen in front of everyone and justice never comes. Why? thats for another topic. At least we have beens, tortillas and cocacolas.
