In each phase, clans play other clans in their division once, best of 12 games. Simple enough.

Divisional Cups
Seperate, additional bracket tournaments, 8 teams in each. Simple

Do we have to alter our privisionary list of 10 to account for Jane and Merch's departure?

They did, but Frog informed me that he has already fixed the list.
