**Special Note** This tournament is not open for signups. Signups were completed here. We decided, since it was such a large outcome, to split it into two separate tournaments.
...................................OFFICIAL VALENTINE'S DAY DOUBLES TOURNAMENT You are to sign up as a loving duo. Yes, yes, you must be in love.
Premium is required, because there's potential for many games at once.
All games will take place on the Madness map. The settings, however, are determined by each team. There will be 16 teams. If we get many more than that, it can be upped.
The following settings are non-negotiable: Madness Sequential Automatic 20 Round Limit 24 Hour Rounds
You may select spoils, reinforcements and weather. Please make sure that you post with a partner and settings. This is required if you want to join.
It's Valentine's Day! You're here with your date, but you don't want to go out alone. So what do you do? You go find another couple to go out with.
Each round, you will challenge another pair with their home settings. If you win the game, they finally break down and accept going out with you. But, if you lose - they will instantaneously slam the door in your face and tell you to go home.
This will happen for ten rounds (so there will be ten challenges). One challenge at a time. You cannot challenge someone you've already challenged before. You can, however, challenge a couple whom you've slammed the door in the faces of.
At the end of ten challenges, the team that has secured the most couples to go out with them will be deemed the winners. In the case of a tie, there will be a set of 7 games. 3 games each of their home maps, and 1 map with standard CC settings (escalating, chained, sunny). The team that wins 4 games will be the winners of the tournament.
The winning team will be awarded 3 months premium each and a General Achievement Medal, courtesy of the Entertainment Team.
