Agreed! These rightist reactionaries have no moral right to transgress against the state and its right to increased revenues! The state needs additional funding to fulfill the wishes of its people because only the state and its enlightened experts possess the knowledge which the People lack! You need to reset the poll better. The results from round one are still there, but the descriptions have changed.

Crime is clearly the result of deviationist money grubbers. So the proper course of action is to enlist criminals into revolutionary cadres and use their unique skills to destroy the money grubing oppressors. Seeing as that isn't an option I feel the best choice is #2.

I will vote when the poll isin't all crazy.
