Comments: Call me crazy, but they're only hitting me. Green got the early Luxemburg drop and red sat right there. Instead of hitting green, he deploys across the map and hits a random territory of mine. Then when green grabs the Belgesh-Barbant or whatever bonus it is, red is right there and instead hits some random green territory, which puts him in a position to attack me. Basically, they've only hit each other once, and either to get a bonus, or be able to hit me.

Also, red has completely given green the bottom of the map by reinforcing out.

While some of their moves could be considered suspicious, I think this is just a case of the two players going for different part of the maps. Just because you think he should break a bonus, you have to remember, it's just a bonus of 1. They've played a handful of games before, and nothing looked suspicious in them. I will Note this report, because I don't see enough evidence to hand out a Warning.
