Its your connection. Mine almost never, ever, ever lags...its the fastest game ive ever seen.

Yes its my connection  , I can download a movie between 4-8 mb/s, run SC2 without ever lagging and I mean NEVER...but a picture of a map and some text gives me problems. Must be my internet.

I finally made progress with the longstanding nightly lag caused by processing dice statistics. It was occuring each day for a few minutes around at 5:00 AM CCTime and would freeze attacks for up to 30 seconds or more. I think this problem has been eliminated.

Maybe a survey about who has lag problems depending on their geographical location would help?
Also if it happens at given times of the day?

Been blocked for sometime in China, though seem to be back up and running today. However I have joined one game and although I can enter the game and can see the armies I do not get the map. May be something related to the subdomain: maps.conquerclub.com ?? I have tried refreshing several times and still the same. Just get the progress status: Loading maps.conquerclub.com

Are all the subdomains hosted on the same IP/host?

Just checked and it seems that static.conquerclub.com and maps.conquerclub.com are routed to 180.168.41.175 whereas the main site is routed to 72.3.244.288. Strangely the subdomains IP routing is very quick (Ping) 3-4ms whereas the main site is 475-490ms. However this is only representative of the IP layer and not TCP/HTTP etc..

Seems reading the forums there are various issues around the world. I hope you can resolve these, miss playing CC.

The game has become unplayable for me due to lag for the last 16-20 hours, massive lag and time outs.

No problems on any other sites, same problem using a different browser so not FF.

same for me, 1 game gone and more counting if it doesnt sort itself out soon. can't be a cache issue. i started one turn and then it wouldnt let me deploy. in only have 1 territory on that game so didnt care but i saw no option for troops on territory on the drop dpowns, hit deploy anyway, it said illegal move. game over
