Are all games 5 minutes or less considered speed games?

ofcourse this assumes that there is a timelimit on the turns. in that case they are called speed games.
Should you take your turn in a "regular" game where you have 24 hours to take your turn, but you only take 5 minutes. Then that game is said to be played in "Real Time".
