Fog Rule [done]

Not sure what the "best mannered" thing to do in this situation is.

We are in a clan war
Our opponents, just being polite, waited to go until we got a snapshot. (not a rule, and we didn't ask for it)
After a while, we did get the snapshot and posted in chat.
Our opponents missed the turn. (Because we didn't get snap fast enough)
Do we take the turn? Miss a turn on purpose?

Feedback please.

Yup, there are various things different in clanwars then in regular games. Often (not always)a fog rule is in effet that states that the first team has to wait untill the other side has taken their snapshot or wait 12 hours, whichever is shorter. Some of these rules state you can take the turn, but if you blacken out a bit of the sights (aka win) then you discribe how it was before you attacked..
both are in the interrest of keeping things more fair, because otherwise joining last is too big an advantage

well that is possible. usually it is a good faith rule, meaning that if for some unforseen sircumstance you do not follow it, there is hardly any penalty, but it could be that the game now counts as a loss as well..
aka wins...
