Signature Help!!

Hello All, its me again,

I really need help here, i managed to get an avatar,
that was easy, just upload form desktop.

now i do have another jpg. banner on my desktop

how do i get that into my signature??

if i write something in the box, it appears and i can read it,

but how do i put a jpg file into it??

Use "img" tags - next to the URL tags.

You can't upload a signature directly to the site like you can an avatar. You will have to upload the image you want to some hosting site, like Image Shack or something, and then use the "Img" in your signature to link to the url of the image on that site.

but how big should the banner be, whats the format ?
the avatar is 100x100, whats the dimension for a banner ?

duh, that w(sh)ould have been shorter and more to the point. Appologies. I must have thought you needed more help and i wanted you to refer to a piece that should clear the matter up.

i tried to put in a gif.file, but it would only accept a jpg file,

create an animated GIF, then simply rename it to .jpg.

google for GIMP or APNG could also help

or find a moving jpeg you like (and then use that as avatar)

No it doesnt work, adding any video from youtube want help,
the 150 x 650 pixels rule has to be followed up

( I havent got a clue, i just know i made something wrong )

For the newbies and beginners here,

if ure thinking of a signature, be careful with the measures.
Inside the editbox is a button u can click (youtube)

now if u write absolutely Nothing in your Signaturebox and just click youtube
and insert the link,

your Signature becomes automaticaly against the CCrules , cause it automatically is too large.

To give you an idea of how big 200×200 is, check out one of my favorite videos below. I’m surprised YouTube is allowing it to go this small

So on CC the limit is stated above 150x650
so the youtube button is misleading new guys or people new to editing their signature,
has nobody realised that?
Well , AslanTheKing is making u aware of it, its up to the programmers to get rid of that button

I will leave my Signature now as it is, even i have been warned, and given a 24 Hour notice,
if u put that button there, than i can use it
