regarding swifte's post: interesting theory. do you think that dead people or cultists could for example continue to lead their followers even dead like voices in their heads or something like that and that these can't answer back? (talking about the no night discution, i don't understand if that means that no one gets a night discution, not even mafia or just that no posting at all in here?)

Hmm - I was imagining people possibly coming completely back to life, but you're right it's just as possible that there's someone who communes with the dead through PMs [hence the need to put a restriction on the dead posting in thread]. Guess we'll see what if anything comes of that. As far as the "No night talk rule" - I just interpreted that as no thread posts... but I don't have any ideas in mind why those might specifically be restricted... maybe someone more experienced can speculate why that might be.

uHMMM Perhaps we should wait until the last minute then? So far there is a core group of people out of 26 actively contributing...some have made an appearance but have offered nothing. I'm usually pretty good at leaving folks alone and letting them hang back as they would be on my radar. This game seems to be a bit different in several ways...one being its size and the ability to lay low.

You do realize that from the beginning of this game, 3 days have passed. 3 fucking days. Day 1 normally lasts 2 weeks or more yet you already insist on looking for inactives and scummariners after 3 days. Since I can't remember playing with you before, I'll give you a benefit of a doubt as new players may do this, but as far as the game is concerned, this is a bad outlook for a few reasons:

1) It's a joke vote stage and there's not really that much to say as of now.
2) People have lives *gasps* and just because they haven't posted much yet does not mean they will not a bit later.
3) Give us some time and towards the end of the 1st week or so, I would make sense to take not who has not talked, but as of now, this gives us a precisely nothing.
4) Just because people are talking now, while there's nothing of substance that can be said, does not mean they should be excluded from the scumdar. In fact, in all likelihood, while there's no real analysis, most of the good scum will post quite a bit to appear active and to ensure a "pro-town" outlook.

Hah, oh you're such a funny guy. Try going to a good university with 16 hours, + 20 hour part time job + various other activities and I'll see how much time you will have on your hands during midterms.

Try raising an eight year old with ODD/ADHD, performing for a living and running your own business and then come back and lecture about time management My college days were the best years of my life doing exactly what you are doing. Views so far on the game: Doom seems to be trying too hard to be any sort of Jester role imo. That being said, not having seen a Jester role on here for a long time it may be the perfect strategy to BE lynched. Some little fights I'm not going to bother getting into since they seem to be conflicted between two or three people. Ghostly still strikes me odd as overreacting during joke vote stage. The few posts on activity, there's a few problems that are overlooked. 1.) Joke vote stage, not much to comment on seriously. 2.) Day 1, really not much to comment on unless one of you want to be our lab rat for today. 3.) It's the weekend, people are busy, I got today off to be able to do homework and play on here ^^ 4.) Unless someone's reading into something like Ghostly's reaction, no one has did really a big enough slip for us to lynch or pressure.

FOS's so far in the game: Doom and Ghostly. Doom for trying so hard with the overacting and overconfidence. Ghostly with his overreaction and then not posting at all afterward.

Unvote, Vote Doom. He's active, he's posting, and he's up for questioning. If it comes to the deadline and no one supports this I'll help the Victor lynch unless he decides to come back between now and then.

Two points here. First, isn't VT the closest thing to a boring role there is? I mean if that's not a "boring" role then what is? Second, scum is generally a very interesting role, but that never stops us from wanting to kill them does it?

Clearly, there is something more to the VT roles that makes them not boring this game spiesr. If I am a VT, and I am looking forward to this game because my role is cool, then I can't imagine anyone else having less.

OR, hes trying extremely hard to annoy people so they'll lynch him, i mean seriously, we've got the option that he's a Jester, scum, or VT. If hes scum his cover is working beautifully right about now because nobody is going to lynch him when thinking hes a Jester because it costs too much. However if hes the other two he's painting a big bright red X on his back for scum to kill in the Night.
