Post them. Can be cartoon or movie or both or neither or whatever the f*ck you want.

I'll start with Disney to get them out of the way.

Frollo may well be the best Disney villain ever.

Another obvious one:

A little background. This is from the veggie version of the story of Daniel in the lions' den:
...and this is from Rack, Shack and Benny, the story of the 3 hebrew children thrown in the furnace for not bowing before the 90-foot bunny, er, statue.
The right answer to the wrong question is still the wrong answer to the real question.

A couple of classics:

This one I couldn't find the version I liked on Youtube, and I couldn't figure out how to "imbed", or if it's even possible, so here's a link.

I think we can all agree that the best villain song is the Imperial March.

+1

Though it's got no words.

If you need words my favorite (that I can think of anyway) is Gaston for Disney's Beatuy and the Beast.

i don't normally post MLP stuff, but this song is pretty exceptional and measures up to the best disney villain songs IMO

(backstory: the villain has secretly captured the princess, and is going to impersonate her during her wedding)

oh and then there's one-winged angel (sephiroth's theme)...

this is THE most iconic villain song from ANY video game.

movie version (the movie sucks, don't see it):

game version (hey, it sounded sweet back in the 90's):
