any FOG rule for the 1vs1's? seems wierd not to let your opponant see the board...

Yeah, default is no fog rule for the tournament. The clans can also negotiate it into their individual clan wars, as long as both sides agree.
If they dont negotiate it in, then its between individual players to be sportsmen if they so choose.
