Only the winner win points ?
Or do the runner up can win points ?

In standard and assassin games, only the winner gets points.
In team games, all members of the winning team get points.
In terminator games, you get points from players you eliminate.

Yes, it depends on the number of points you and your opponent have hoe many points you earn for a win:

(points of your opponent / points of you) x 20

Read instructions for all this info.
