Look at his wall..... he is constantly deadbeating games.
Missed the 1st 2 rounds and made the 3rd with just a few minutes left.

seems to need a slap on the wrist at the least.
I have played him before and its constant.

I went through his games, I know he only has an attendance of 88% but I can't find games in which he deadbeated.
Remember, a player needs to miss 3 consecutive turns to deadbeat.

Something the cheating and abuse team could make clearer in the rules and guidelines, instead of having to remind complainants on a case by case basis.

As I told before, his attendance is quite low, that's his choice.
In order to deadbeat he has to miss 3 turns in a row, which he does not.
He's cleared
