Highlighting Freestyle Game

I suggest highlighting freestyle games for the join game feature. A yellow or light purple highlight would allow for players to easily know which games are freestyle and they could avoid accidentally joining them. Even players who almost never make the mistake of joining freestyle when that is not their intention, would benefit from not having to look so closely.

I like it, and sounds simple enough to put into the system. But that is my opinion, lets see what everyone else has to say.

I always find games through the game finder, where it is easy enough to check the standard box and not the freestyle box. I don't know that this would benefit me in any way, but I can't really see any reason not to implement it. It doesn't really have a downside.

No thanks. I don't need a ton of wackiness invading my screen.

And nietzsche would flip out if we did this for freestyle after all his clamoring for us to do the same with Trench. I was against that then (and still am now), but to play the devil's advocate, what would be wrong with having some sort of color coding for the non-standard features?

You could do it for trench and free style. Instead of highlighting the whole bar, you could just highlight the feature selected.

It's a pretty straightforward and ideal implementation IMO.

I think it's a good idea. If people are opposed to too much frippery there could just be a colored letter designating each game e.g. T, F, etc..

POLL ADDED. I'd like to know whether there is interest in this. It seems like the argument for is to make them stand out, and the argument against is sensory overload with all the colors.
