I've only played 1 game this round and had a loss. Been waiting in another since about the start of the round. Joined a third (waiting for it to start) just because I got the end of round warning.

I hate to say it, but I think maybe less games need to be made. I hope we keep as much variety as possible, but there are way too many games that haven't been joined. And now I'm gonna get screwed over and have to play 2 games on random maps with default settings.

i had only joined 2 games.... i was mixing up my singles games and thought i had joined all 3. (i had joined all 3 but the third hadn't started yet but i didnt realize it) So i dropped out of that game and joined a different one before it started.

Well that would be an option... that or when people join games, they should join one that was already joined by someone else...

for example i joined a treasure of galapagos map and noone joined it until i checked all 3 of my games... noticed that one had not started, so i looked at the available games AND FOR SOME REASON THERE WERE 3 OTHER GAMES WITH THE EXACT SAME SETTINGS WITH ONLY ONE PERSON IN EACH OF THEM. I really dont know the reason for this, but i know when i joined my game there wasn't any that had 1 person in them already otherwise i would have joined one of them. Joining other players rather than joining your own with the EXACT same settings may fix the issue.

I am not pointing any fingers, it was just an observation. Didnt make any sense to me

I addressed the issue of games not starting a few posts back. I will continue to make things as fair as possible. Sometimes I do make more games than needed but sometimes I make about the right amount. Usually there will be extra games to make a variety--It is still each players responsibility to get in a game that starts. That being said--I am very fair and will do the same thing I did this round each round--that is warn the players that have games that did not start they need to get in one that starts within 24 hours--then send a pm to the players that played less than three games to join and try and knock them out. If after 24 hours then the random idea posted a few post back will go into play--I really doubt it will get to the random thing--but if it does--that is part of being in this tourney.

The next round begins this weekend most likely--but it will be kept up for two weeks during the holidays--let me know if you cannot play until after the new year--I will make the necessary adjustments

For the remainder of the tourney I will make a variety of games along with classic, arms race and random. I will do a drawing for players choice games as stated in the start of the tourney.

For this round these ten players can send me map and settings and I will add three or four of those games each to the game play for this round.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays--I will monitor players games and the players that are busy and cannot join will be allowed to have games by January 4th at least.
