VC

Droz (1) ~ NoS
Aage (4) ~ Rodion, /, Strike, violet
Doom (1) ~ Droz,
Strike (2) ~ PCM, Fifth

Might be a bad idea to let 4 people control the lynch, but that's just me. Deadline will be tomorrow night.

Perhaps I am merely blind, but I don't see a vote placed by you.

Edoc, can you send a prod when you post the scene so that everyone knows they have a night action to submit?

Well that choice is up to Edoc, but I personally don't think that he should have to do that. It is everyone's responsibility to follow the game. I think reminding people to submit an action outside of the game thread can be loosely influencing the game.

If Mafia miss their action- oh well. I would think that Town would want them to miss anyhow.

But Mafia doesn't. If this game were democratic in any way, there would be no point in playing it.

Who should I roleblock tonight? I have a sneaking suspicion that I'm on the losing side, and that after 6 nights, the recruiter's army is humongous, so I fear it doesn't even matter. Any ideas?

Sorry about the delay. It's Carnival week at my school (a 5 day school sanctioned drinking contest) and I had a hard time prioritizing mafia. Anyhow here is the scene. As requested I'll prod everyone so they know to get in actions.

Baal had been under pressure the last few days. He was the lord of the demons, a Prince of Hell. The power he held was immense but it was not enough to hold back the weight of the voices raised against him. Golden bonds encircled his hands and held him fast. His claims were weighed and is was decided by a vocal few that his words were lies. The others, unwilling to see another day go by without a hanging followed suit. Not all the voices agreed, but enough did. The rope was placed around his neck and his power bound by the might of the holy angels present. The floor dropped out from under Baal and as he fell Baal smiled. He had prepared for this moment and he would not die a simple death. His neck snapped and his power broke free of his shackles. Baal jerked in the throes of death and his power slammed into the men watching his death. Some it passed through, some it turned. Some had spoken for hanging the demon some had not, the power did not discriminate.

Darkness came, and the forces of Yahweh knew fear. They had killed their enemy, but more had been spawned in their midst. This night would hold new terrors for them all.

Aage ~ Baal Mafia Godfather has been killed.

Night 7 has begun. Ideally there will be 72 hours for night actions.

It appears my death has caused more distress than I anticipated. I hope Edoc recovers soon, either from this or his massive hangover.

Yeah, The partying was great, the following week was not. W/e its over now, screw brutal exams. I am modkilling Samgrossy as he has not posted in the last 10+ pages and has failed to submit a night action for several nights. Anyhow, and here is your scene.

Mammon studied the tools left to him. Four of his fellow demons had fallen so far to the angels, there had to be swift retaliation if there was going to be any hope of the demons victory. The costs of losing this war were too high, Satan was not a forgiving master, and if the world was remade in Yahweh's image Mammon knew he would be banished with his Lord.

At this point Mammon's best tool was his own axe. With it he would take the heads of the remaining angels and present them as a fitting gift to his master. The angel's were in the open, their identities were more or less known, all he had to do was reach them. He knew where one of the Angels slept this night. Mammon snuck into the room when the angel was located and brought down his axe in a mighty swing. Before the blow could connect another being stepped between the axe and the angel, shield raised in defense. The swing carried through the shield cleaving it in two but failing to penetrate the beings armor underneath. The other being scooped up the now woken angel and ran off into the night, leaving the the broken shield and frustrated demon behind.

Elsewhere a man was lost in thought he hadn't spoken or moved in days. He sat fasting and meditating until slipped into a coma from dehydration.

samgrossy ~ Avitus of Vienne Saint ~ Doctor has been modkilled.

Day 8 has begun. 13 are alive, 7 to lynch. Deadline is in ~ 2 weeks

DRoZ wrote:Well, in case things go sour for me, I did want to get out a little information I learned last night. I was hoping to hear more about any night activities from sam, but since it doesn't seem that he wishes to say anything, I will say this... I am a watcher, Augustine of Canterbury, last night I watched aage and he was targeted by samgrossy. Earlier today, sam spoke on Jak's vote on aage, perhaps the targeting was a means to set Jak up today, perhaps not. I feared releasing this, should it be that sam's role was a productive one, but lynchings can go quickly so I am putting that out there. Either way it is information. I would also like to point out a few things about myself, back long ago when I played mafia on here, I tended to be a bit post happy, I think this brought a lot of attention my way and I would wind up lynched or night killed early on, which led to quite a bit of frustration and as such, I now try to only make substantial posts, or short posts as a means of clarifying.

For Rodion's benefit.

Personally I think that yes, Dr. Oz is the last scum on the lynch wagon. the other options are unlikely at the very least.

Considering there are four dead mafia, and at least one more still out there, FOS edoc for killing at least 10% of the town. :P

But as long as we're offing inactives, I am suddenly curious why Iliad, who hasn't posted in 32 pages is still among us.
I suspect that if things aren't settled by concluding our business with the list, Iliad should be next to go. Mammon is greed, and a doublevote may make sense.

I was just talking with him a bit ago, I didn't even think to check to see when he had posted last. If he really doesn't change his game today I will MK him as well.
