How Can I Tell If A Player Is "Unique"

I don't think there is a way.

I assume you mean for medals? Really isn't any good way. Just play it out and hope it counts. Check medal stats before and after each game and you'll see if it made a difference.

map rank puts icons next to players names if you already have a victory against them. not sure if it has an icon yet for Trench as i don't have many wins to be able to see that one.

Search in Game Finder for games with you and that player on that map/setting.

Another Way. Click the players name. Click show all games together and then see if you have any of the games played together that you don't want.

Random map would be my guess.

Where is that screen shot from? I have the MAP RANK GL add on but this does not show me these icons next to players names.

EDIT: I found it under the options setting. Learn something new every day!
