Postby greenoaks on Mon Apr 01, 2013 12:46 am

We are a small online gaming company looking for a full-time, highly-qualified programmer to develop and maintain a web-based strategy game that has been running for 6 years.

Extensive experience in building web-based application using PHP and GNU/Linux OS. High proficiency in English. And readiness to move to Bali is mandatory.

If you're a great programmer and want to, we'd much, much rather promote within as to have ConquerClub common sense. :)

so are we not allowed to identify this "strategic online game" that's been running for 6 years?

not like it says "bismia" on the bottom of this webpage or anything...

Any potential candidates yet? I'm tempted to hit the apply button but I'm way over qualified for this position and I don't have a time machine to travel to Bali :ugeek:

Ready to move to Bali, preferably Ubud. No remote-working option is available at this time.

Bali exists in the present, not just the past and/or future!

I'm totally unqualified for this position (last time I did any programming it was in QBasic on my Apple IIc, and the Internet hadn't been invented yet) but the idea of living in a villa in Bali is so sexy I'm seriously considering faking a resume!

Anybody want to teach me modern computer programming on the fly?

Did anyone care to see the date on top of the job description?

We now have our programmer, unless antispectator is a figment of my imagination :)

Unless I have missed something and he isn't
