I don't use the BoB stuff in speed games because I feel like it slows the interface down. And I don't know about any 1-button cashes. How would the software know which cards to select if one has more than 4 (and there are at least two viable combinations of) cards to cash?
Assuming you're referring to freestyle (probably escalating) speed game cashes;
*have the three tick-boxes checked so all you have to do is click 'cash spoils' (I forget what it says exactly) at the opportune moment
*give yourself enough time to cash when you make an elimination (ie. ensure that nobody can finish you off) - I've won plenty of freestyle speed games by following a player around as he's making a kill, and killing the killer (ah, karma) to take lotsa cards
But more important is the speed of the fingers; before every speed game, one should exercise the fingers:
- Warm your fingers up. Like with exercising any other part of your body, warming up is important and should not be overlooked.
Massage the top and palm of your hand
Bend each finger back until you feel a slight stretching. Then bend each finger forward. Note that this should not be done to the point of pain!

- Get a stress ball. Alternatively, crumple up a piece of paper or cloth so it fits comfortably in your grasp. Squeeze the object as hard as you can, then relax.

Wow, wikihow becomes piquantly poetic when copied and pasted.
