He's still in the game, as for now you have no other choice to wait for him.

Why not just pay $25 and you can play as many games as you like. Might reduce the 87.5% of your forum posts being C&A reports...

Mods have made it clear on multiple past cases that "intentional deadbeating" is only in times of missing 3 turns in a row on purpose. This has not happened in this game.

I disagree with it, but that's the precedent.

So he announced his intention to miss turns to make the other guy wait 24 hours and he did, twice. Then he returned to take his third turn to avoid being kicked out, and now it's his turn again and there's only 5 hours left on the clock so it looks like he's making him wait again. Surely the vindictive and purposeful taking up of one of a freemium's 4 slots for as long as possible is illegal? If it is not illegal, it should be made illegal. Moderation is a joke if he isn't at least warned for this.

Game 11554263

Here's another example of endoscope being a disruptive, suiciding into everyone, trapping the other players so they can't counter attack then dead beating giving the game away.

foe and move on, he's a dirty player, not worth your time.

I've tried making your exact argument years ago and got shot down. The exact quote from the C&A team at the time was (the last two sentences are key):

lord voldemort wrote:And intentionally deadbeating is missing turns to throw the game. And we will only take action if it becomes a habit. Not just after one game.
Intentionally missing turns is not against the rules. Although seriously annoying and bad ettiquite.

I'm hoping that the result will be different now as I 100% agree with you. You can read up here if you'd like.

The game is finished, the accused played it out. I will note this to see where it goes.
