How many speed games do freemium members get now?

I'm about to play a game with someone who joined a week ago, and has played 17 speed games since then. This person is not a premium member. What's up with that?

a busted premium? or special event, or a bug. could be either of these.

yes
but about what are you talking about, accounts that are old with no prem might hve quite a lot of free speedgames still available. new acounts can have free speed games during festivities.
