Then, in that case, the time block for the downtime was still wrong. You had the downtime starting at 3 AM and going until 3:10 AM CCT. But when CDT -> CST, it becomes 01:00 Central Time, which means that it's 02:00 CC time. Which means that the block on game play happens at 02:40 CC Time, and the downtime happens 20 minutes later at 02:00 CC Time
