< 57 countries/territories>

Comments:

regions:
Ottoman Empire = 3 (Syria,Armenia,Smyrna,Ankara,Constantinopole)
Russian Empire = 6 (Stevastopol,Ukraine,Warsaw,Livonia,Moscow,St.Petesburg,Finland)
Austria-Hungary = 6 (Trieste,Budapest,Vienna,Galicia,Tyrolia,Bohemia)
Kingdom of Italy = 5 (Napoli,Apulia,Roma,Tuscany,Venezia,Piemonte)
German Empire = 6 (Munich,Silesia,Ruhr,Kiel,Berlin,Prussia)
France = 5 (Marseilles,Gascony,Burgundy,Paris,Brest,Picardy)
British Empire = 3 (London,Wales,York,Liverpool,Clyde,Edinburgh,Ireland)

i used the following formula to calcute the values of regions:
(number of territories) / 2 + 1 for each border with another empire

in ex. Ottoman empire consists of 5 territories and is surrounded by:
5 / 2 + 1 = 3.5 so we take 3 etc.

note: - iceland, siberia and switzerland should be neutral countries and thus unplayable
- other countries can be captured but produce no special bonuses

water-connections:
Livonia-Sweden
Edinburgh-Norway
Belgium-London
Spain-Nth Africa
Tunisia-Napoli
Apulia-Albania
Ireland-Liverpool
Sweden-Danemark

There already is a Europe map. You have three options:

  1. Give it a different theme than the other (like WW2 or something)
  2. Revamp the other (graphics only, same gameplay)
  3. Europe 2.1 (kinda like what World 2.1, but Europe)

Also, they cant all be the same color. I realize that you but colored borders, but they still should be much more different.

about colors - i don't know how to change them without screwing up the names of countries to much.i think it is not necessery to change them.if you can you're welcome to change them if you know how.

I hope you plan on making your own map. This one is already copyrighted. See bottom left of map.

BTW

Siberia is off by waaay too much imo

the red part could be considered siberia - the rest of what u call siberia are the european plains, (european) russia and kazachstan.
