My first impression is I'm not impressed. I had to look really hard to see proof that this map wasn't made 4 years ago alongside the original versions of Montreal and Canada. Sounds harsh, but aside from the building overlays (Great Lakes), it's extremely plain and doesn't grab the eye. This is ...
It's actually both One Way Assaults texts. They have the same amount of blurriness, particularly around the word "assaults." Likewise, the left side white text has blur ("and all", "button" most prominently), and the bottom left legend's Jamaica has blur.
Agreed on the look, it's a major improvement over the original, my only niggle about the mountains. I realize that your current technique has its limits, but if it's possible to make them a smidge darker to match the darker theme of the entire map? I realize this sounds counter-intuitive with the ...
I find it odd that "awarded" and "highest" don't fit on the line above where they appear. The extreme indent looks odd that way. Scoot the entire text box over a couple of pixels and you should be able to fit it all. If you want to vertically fill the space, just transform it a smidge (I do this ...
Over time, we've gotten cautious about stamping (at least, I have and the CAs presiding over stamps I was getting were). Mostly because if we stamp something, we're saying "it's good to go, the most that'll have to be done is some minor tweaks." I'll example my own map (Research & Conquer) for where ...
It would appear that development of this map has stalled. If the mapmaker wants to continue with the map, then one of the Foundry Moderators will be able to help put the thread back into the Foundry system, after an update has been made.

I do have to say nice and interesting concept. The land itself is definitely vibrant, and the title and gameplay reflect the theme. The text on the map, however, does not. It's a bunch of sans serif blah compared to that Color that's suffusing a good portion of the map. We're on an island, it's ...
I'm going to side with MarshalNey. While the map is simple and graphically pleasing to look at, I look at it and do not see Gettysburg. I see a bunch of themed territories and a central hub of Gettysburg the town. Where's the disposition of troops? Where's the potential significance of high ground ...
I move it back as fast as I did as a kindness. If you change your mind again, likely the map will stay in the Recycling Box for much longer. And I find it almost appalling that you looked up every last bit of activity by OliverFA. We're aware you're fired up about maps and ...
Have you had a chance to look at Version 12? 13 itself is a little bit on the dark side.
And Tanarri, the standard territory bonus hasn't been changed as far as I'm aware, it's still +1 per 3. SC/OC were done by per 6 because that's how we could create the effect of +1 per 2 and +1 per 1.
If the homeland names will be a confusion, we can just axe them. I wanted to offer a differentiator from neutral countries (NC, SG, etc.) by giving them names. I will say that a name not fully being on the map but on the XML is not without precedent. I seem to recall several maps of qwert's being ...
It looks cramped if I use 3 digits on the standard size box. Like I said about a different color for the "connections," it'd kill the graphical theme to change it, and it's ignorance-proofing, not idiot-proofing.
And the XML might take a bit, as some of the large coordinates changed and EVERY small ...
Quick nitpick on your legend: "Be careful with your armies. Each territory..."
And DiM's arrows pop more, but I would suggest if you take the idea, not to make them all black. It doesn't work with the earthy color palette you have.
