I believe the general policy from the Tournament Directors is that if you want to run a tournament on a Limited Edition Map, you can. As long as you have a back-up map ...

New Game Type: Territory Swap

Would consist of territories randomly swapping during the game. For the first 5 rounds 2 random territs would swap locations each round. Then the next 5 rounds it would increase to 4 random ...

This sounds like overkill to me celebrating a map everyday or every anniversary of every map, perhaps a map of the month would be something more feasible.
