I would like to get an idea of peoples "Risk Skills" so why not change it to: "measures the player's ability to play a good game of Risk (including the player's ability to win). covers strategy, diplomacy, teamwork, etc..."

I find the ARL suggestion very complicated! Why not simplify things a bit and use 3 options instead of 5? i.e.: poor, average, good?

If you continue with this rating system, I think your suggestions for tags and the option for written comments are good.
