I think numbers for the western front would work best, but you need to arrange them better.
For example, 1 is Paris, then 2-6 are way over in Italy, 7 in Belgium, 8 in Vichy France, etc.
I don't know if that was something you were meaning to fix later, but it needs to be fixed.

I think you should make the mountains a bit more 'impassable-y' looking.

A compass would probably be useful as I'm sure some people won't know which way is north and which is south so they won't be able to say which part of sweden is south and which is north.

I think the borders in Central Europe need some work, they're pixelly right now.

I think you should add some shade and stuff on the territories of Central Europe like you've done on the West and East fronts.

I doubt auto-banning based on IP logs would be useful since there are often more than one account per household.
However, it's used to investigate suspected multis, but mutual IP's aren't enough alone to prove a multi.

Why not try and round up all the bits of legend-type stuff (marked in red) and put them all into the same area (marked in green).

You might have to re-work your title-bar a little, but this is just a suggestion... I'm not saying this will answer any of your problems, but it might help bring a bit ...
