Okay, here's a guess...there a six territories in Siam: Burma, Laos, Vietnam, Malaysia, Cambodia, and Thailand.

Burma is connected to: Laos and Thailand.
Laos is connected to: Burma, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand.
Vietnam is connected to: Laos and Cambodia.
Malaysia is connected to: Only Thailand ...

It's fun when you hand in a set, just barely take over a continent, fortify all of your armies to one territory, end your turn, and then cash in another set, kill off an opponent and take his cards, trade in a third set ...

Well, actually, I had no clue how to play Risk a few months ago, until I started playing it at a Boardgame club at my school. Then, I got so addicted to it, I wanted to try to see if there was an online game of one on the internet, so I checked Google.

Japan has gotta be my fav. It takes only 5 territories to conquer, and each territory except N. Korea is only exposed to one territory, which helps if you start out with all but 2. It only has one stronghol point, but compared to Philippines, it has 3 extra armies instead of 2. :mrgreen:

Yeah, a lot of the territories have many entrypoints, like B.C. You only get 2 extra armies, and there are 3 places to get hit by.

Perhaps you should do what meltinguras suggested; "divide" each "continent" and add bridges in between, just like the US map.

It'd make things easier, and more ...

We all start off with a score of 1000. At the end of each game, the winner takes points away from each loser. The points to be awarded is calculated as (loser's score / winner's score ) * 20.

So second place, last place and people who surrender all lose points to the winner. It's all or nothing ...
