i like the idea of a satelite view and think the map could be good but i think that the map could benefit from continent bonuses and names because then it seems that a large part of the map is done and it is easier to comment on improvements.

this could be a good map but i have a proposition. I dont read the language but in the original map there were three or four colours dotted fairly randomly across the map, i would be interested if these became continents (with huge bonuses). The orange coloured things could perhaps be capitals of ...

please remove some of the blur from the legend (not all of it just a little to make it clearer). ALso i love the font in westtern desert and really dont like the one Siaoi.

Possibly make sea a slite bit darker and make siaoi lighter to show the difference clearly. I really like the idea.

the actual suggestions to improve seem to be quite thin on the ground now i feel that this is a sign either everybody has lost interest or it is very near completion i think the latter, so keep up the good work for a little longer and it must be done. Personally i dont see anything wrong at all and ...

lets stop bickering, firstly i think we all know this map is good and near completion. However i think you should ensure all the names are the same size, so that the map looks better. Then post the map again as the last copy was some pages ago. Then we can all re-start with a clean slate and begin ...

that is a common tactic and i use it but sometime if you get a bad start i just place all my troops in one safeish territory and try and build in time (especially good in no card games).

If i had your kind of schedule, i would not get in a game where i knew ahead of time that i would be making people sit around and wait for me. I find this selfish and insensitive. And what good does it do to "warn" them once you're in a game? They're stuck with you! I've driven 7 miles across town ...

interesting idea to make it stretch the other way and that sounds good but think how long it would take playing a six player with 4 deadbeats. Good idea if it can be made to work.

mathmatically dancingchia pet is correct. However i believe that in the interests of the game (for reasons stated by other people) it should not be changed. I think it was quite sad to spend quite as much time as it seems you have on this. Perhaps if you want to limit amount of luck created by ...

that is the idea of the game just another tactic. In some ways more realistic as in real warfare an army general would not allow another superpower to take away all their power immediately so that is not unfair.

True but I am not interested in realism, I am interested in fun, enjoyable gameplay ...
