The Qualifying tournament will begin tomorrow.

71 players will play a 7 round knock-out to determine who gets the 20th place in the main tournament.
Rounds 1 and 2 will be a single 1v1 game in each match.
Rounds 3 to 6 will be best of 3 x 1v1.
The final will be best of 5 x 1v1.

why is this any different than having a point restriction to enter a tournament?
one reason is because due to the setup it could be he did this to reserve more then 1/2 of the slots. Lets say he has 12 people ...
