Pretty sure i understand it all....
the 2 players in the game have to organise it themselves do they? and report results back to div organiser? How do we know who we are playing and therefore who we have to arrange a game with?

At the beginning of each month I'll publish the updated divisions ...

i would say no, as one of the rules was deadbeaters a out of the tourny, no ifs, no buts.

I hope for the second round this tournament gets a bit more organized.

All the games and all the matchs should be posted, so we all can check out the other games. Also it would be nice to see some sort of bracket listing all the players and who they would play next if they won.
