I'm not an expert in GIMP but it has a different interface than Photoshop. If you want GIMP with the Photoshop layout, use GIMPshop

Attacking with other balances than 3/2 are obvious who is in control. More interesting is the case where both have a lot of armies.

My calculation: After 7776 combinations of dice, the defender has lost 1316 more armies. So the attacker has 1 extra army in every 6 attacks.

During the play of my first two games I have missed my turn because the first player finishes her/his turn a second before the round time limit of 24h. There is no way to get a first turn this way.
