Auto deploy

Is it possible to make a map where holding one territory will give an auto-deploy on a different area?

Example:You hold a castle. castle has no auto deploy. You capture a village and next turn your castle gets auto deploy+1.

This is commonly referred to as "Conditional Autodeploy" and no, unfortunately, it is not possible with the current XML.
