In order to help the CAs keep track of maps in development, please can mapmakers include the date [06 Jul 2011] of each update within the thread title. Please can people stick to this format [dd Mmm yyyy] in order to avoid confusion between American and European date formats
It is helpful to include the page of the thread that the last update is on, as well as including the most recent images in the first post using [img] or [/bigimg] tags (previous images should be switched to links)
To summarise, map thread titles should look like this:
Thread Title wrote:Map Name [dd Mmm yyyy] p1/5
If you're after feedback for something specific, then you can always add a suffix:
Thread Title wrote:Map Name [dd Mmm yyyy] p1/5 - Something for feedback?
Thank you for listening

Edit:
It would appear we never formally announced the topic icons; but for some time now (the phenomenon was first observed in this thread), the CAs have been adding the relevant topic icon to a map thread which correlates with one of the foundry stamps. The stamps must be obtained in sequence, so the colour indicates the developmental process of the map:
- Red = Draft (once given the map is working towards the gameplay stamp)
Green = Gameplay (once given the map is working towards the graphics stamp)
Blue = Graphics (once given the map is working towards the xml stamp)
Yellow = XML (once given the map is practically ready for Beta play)
Grey = Beta (once given the map is in Beta and awaiting Final Quench)
