I found this program on google for a coincidence. It looks good, I have not tried it but, well, I don't know, perhaps the free trial is of some use for someone? :)

i downloaded this and has a decent look around....it has a lot of features some of which are basic and with just a little work provide people with a good starting place for maps for CC. Easy to use and a biug improvement on some paint style programs on the market.
Don't know how much it is, but it's available for a 7 day trial version.
Anyone with any computer sense should be able to use it, by simply exploring what it does.
