Classic Map Extra Connection

Hi all,
Not sure if this is the right place to post this. I recently joined and noticed that the Classic map is not identical to the board game map that I grew up playing on. There should be a connection between Madagan (Kamchatka) and Manila (Mongolia), letting Madagan be connected to 5 territories instead of 4.
Is this something the map creators on Conquer Club already know, and enjoy the slight revision? If no, is this something we could see changed?
Happy Gaming!

I think the map has to be different enough to keep Hasbro happy.
When the site first started it used an exact replica of the board game, but this was changed I think due to a request by the makers of the board game.

Yeah I think after about 15 years of this version of the map that there is no need to make a change to it
Plus as TG said there could be legal issues with making this change

You've hit on a really interesting point regarding the connection between Kamchatka (which many players call Madagan) and Mongolia/Manila. You are correct that in some versions of the physical Risk board game, Kamchatka does indeed have a connection to Alaska, Japan, and Mongolia (or "Manila" as you've termed it, which often refers to the Asian territory adjacent to Kamchatka and Japan). This would indeed give it 5 connections (Alaska, Japan, Mongolia, Siberia, and Ural in the standard game).
