Since my e-ticked on this disappeared sometime between my submittal and modifications a month ago to now, without being answered, here's your stupid form with the same information and a few more comments.

This was a friend, but having reviewed his game history, and having some personal insight to his tactics, I feel obligated to report Gen.LeeGettinhed for farming and other gross abuse of the game.

Specifically, I accuse Gen.LeeGettinhed of luring people onto complicated maps that they have not played before, to play Freestyle, with the promise of teaching them; and with the lure of, "IF you win, you get hundreds of points!" However, he refuses to answer any questions until after he has won their points; and then, the answers are shoddy at best.

In the last three pages (recent) of games he has played 1v1, he played only 1 major; the rest were mainly cadets, cooks, or privates. Freestyle. In team games he will join games against new recruits.

I became aware of his tactic, enough to really look, when, in a sequential doubles game yesterday, he said in game chat, "since they do not know the map, they will not know where your bonus is" - on Europa.

I scanned a few of his games, and posted some of the game chat for you. I found it intriguing that in most, he felt obligated to post a note to Achilles that he was playing a cook, or a private, but not a ?.

Is deliberately luring and farming a cook or a private under a false promise of teaching someone who doesn't know a complicated map, not considered farming? Maybe not, but it is an abuse of the game.

Obviously any gross abuse of the game is forbidden. This includes but is not limited to: throwing games or deliberately benefiting from thrown games, intentional deadbeating, holding players hostage, serial teammate killing, hijacking accounts, systematically "farming" new recruits.

Now, Gen.LeeGettinhed was warned before. At that time, he was freemie, not premie, and because of that, his tactics in getting games in live chat were mainly discounted. The situation has changed; he is now premium, but engages in the same sad tactics and pronounces quite proudly, "I am an orchard tenderer."

When setting up a game in live chat, he's cautious about who he invites, carefully checks their game history to ensure he's playing a noob to the map. He throws out a lure of "I'll teach you the map," but if you look at example gamechat below, you'll see that his teaching is nil, before or after the game. Telling someone who asks, of Galapagos, what the luggers are, "big ships," or that, "masks relate to the reefs," is hardly teaching.

Oh, in general, he's careful enough to make sure he doesn't play ? (and even frequently comments to Achilles, "This was not a ? this was a private," and similar comments... he picks players with 6 or 7 games under their belt, or, on rare occasion, higher ranks he may find who haven't played his specialty map.

If asked for a rematch, he insists any rematch be done on a different map. He squirms out of most bad ratings by reminding them of the 'points risk' - which isn't much of a risk when you're luring noobs to freestyle Waterloo and similar tricky maps.

Granted, at the time David had only played 9 games, but 9 games on Waterloo is certainly more experience than first time, especially when he’d been thoroughly walked through the game before he played it. I know, since I’m the one who walked him through it thoroughly.

Yeah i was in the game chat one day and he told this guy "you only have 3 games completed, play one more and then i can play you"

I've seen the excuse for him before as "he likes to play realtime games"

Well he's premium he can get any realtime game he wants, just open a public speed game...

CC doesn't have a rule against this right now though, even though it's clearly bullsh*t...

The fact that he's leaving notes in games for the C&A mods about how "x player had 10 games" or "x player had 20 games played" further proves the ridiculousness of the mod perception of farming...

But if they said something to this guy they'd have to say something to johnnyrocket24, king_herpes, and demonfork... among countless others... for systematically joining games against terrible players on strange maps to gain easy points...

This IS gross abuse, it ISfarming... but it also IS tolerated...

He will almost never play high ranks, and never on maps they know... the others will accept higher-rank challenges.

Since when is 1v1 vs cooks, cadets, and privates farming? Team games against new recruits maybe, but according to Andy once a player is not a new recruit anymore they are "fair game"

this report needs to be filed away as lame.... Anybody who has ever seen live chat knows it is mainly noobs asking for real time games. Also real time games can be put on hold if needed unlike a speed game. Nothing to see here... quit crying and move on. Thank you, LFAW. I felt strongly enough about the evidence, both this stuff that I can show, and other things from chat that I didn't keep so can't prove, to report someone I used to play with.

If this isn't gross abuse of the gamesite, I wouldn't mind admin defining what IS gross abuse.

Well said LFAW - I've been watching the games DH plays since he was warned.. and he almost exclusively sets up private games, with low ranks who have never played the map he chooses, mainly waterloo or city mogul in fog and freestyle. Except when playing , he effectively plays it sequentially always 'encouraging' his opponent to deploy, attack and then fort BEFORE he does! Including asking them if they are ready to fort etc.- before he does.

As for helping them- once in the game - he tells them that he will answer questions AFTER the game. - A great help!

Let's hope the right mod looks into this - since at least one will clearly defend DH if the comments he left in the thread which resulted in DH previously being warned are still his views.

Bruce I like your posts but you really need to defend yourself and David here.

He does do this and targets people in chat - fact.

I challenged him ages ago (Private 80% record) and he refused. Not easy game enough. I called him a cheat and apologised via PM.

Tell me why you think hanging around and picking on people you know don't stand a chance isn't cheating?

Giving that mod a break.. at the time, David was freemie; he was given latitude for that. He's not been freemie for a while, but his "lure" tactics have gotten worse.

First, I clearly understand that FARMING is systematically taking advantage of "? New Recruits". Remember, the last time I was warned -- I PREVIOUSLY asked what % is reasonable, was told <20% by a mod and kept it under that. Then when asked/told to NOT play ? new recruits -- I haven't played a ? New Recruit since. That should be the end of the issue, but no.

Second, Stahrgazer USED to be a close friend, with a strange and sorted past. When I first met her she was on heavy medications due to a bad accident. However since then, I seriously think she's ALWAYS on meds, PMS, or menopause. Note that she liked me enough to make the pic/Avatar on my profile -- wow, think of that. When I used to partner with her, we were buddies -- she called me captain bligh for criticizing her play, but I think she made sloppy moves. Note that she joined a clan, asked me to join, I left when it let the biggest ASS in CC history join, then she left. Shea also left CC, damning the admin, claiming she'd never come back. Amazingly, I was one that supported her and suggested she return. She comes across as a woman dated, then not asked out any more -- AND EXTREMELY BITTER.

Third, regarding helping. Someone I taught a map earned 1300 points on it. Several people I talk to enjoy the information after the game -- ask Osojoso who I talked to for 20 mins. My gut feel is that maybe Stahrgazer teaches better than most CC players (99th percentile) but surely just because I teach a lot (more than she notes -- because I do it in Live Chat PM so it's not quoted like she did) but less than she does, she gets nasty about it?

Fourth, I see similarities between Pure Farming (much higher % ? New Recruits than what I used to play) and Pedophelia. OK so sex between an older person and someone under 18 is illegal, but hey, as soon as they turn 18 (complete 5 games and get ranked) they are legal. People may say it is only a day or a year's difference, but opposers are showing their OPINION, not proving violation of any rules.

Fifth, when I saw her, and PM'd her to talk, she claimed I was HARRASSING HER. Jeez woman get a fuggin life.

Finally, since what I do IS legal...and NOT FARMING (see Fourth), anyone CALLING me a FARMER is a liar, misrepresenting the truth and FLAMING. CC admin should do something about that (see Stahrgazer and Killmanic, etc.). Other people may not like it, but it's all within the rules. Did you ever notice that those self-righteous creeps hide behind ID's and not their names?

LFAW you and me both know the farming rules, while we might not agree with it, we have to live with it. Lets not confuse what we think and what is law here. Until things change we must live by the rules.

@ stah I have nothing personal with you, but your reports sound very disgruntled. You are the type of customer we would kick out of our shop for constant bitching. Aside: only just realised my originals were included - I was annoyed I was pfc and he was scared of losing precious points. I'd about 12 completed games and 1 on Waterloo.
