As you can see he has been beaten in this game, yet he does not take his next turn leaving the game in limbo. As you can see from the time logs he has found time to take turns this game Game 11240612 , also Game 11240295

Now I am sure this might be an oversight however he has previous for leaving freemiums hanging when the game is lost for example Game 11212990

After reading chat in quite alot of his games, he does not seem the most polite of players. So a foe and move on will be done. But this game does need to be finished.

I looked at about 25 of his most recent 1v1 games and only found where he deadbeated. I am marking this CLOSED.

maybe not intentional deadbeating but since the op is freemium it should come under holding hostage. seems to me he does this to freemiums only to stall new games for them.

Maybe this report should be changed to a bigotry charge? Seems to have an issue with other nationalities.

At this point I would add he joined a further game of mine this morning, and has failed to take his turn. He has however taken turns in the following games over that time period those games are:

He has found enough time in the last 5 hours to take turns in all but one of his live games.
This clearly shows to me that he has filled this spot with the sole intention of playing as slow as possible, or even deadbeat

I can't imagine this not being reopened. He should get a ban for the rudeness alone. He clearly deadbeated intentionally to punish the other player.

This is sad. But did anybody expect a mod to punish a fellow clan member?

For what it's worth, I have also had this individual foe'd for quite a while and my noted reason is:
"Game hostage-holding prick, who also C&A's those who do it to him."

So it seems that this is not at all the lone occurrence that some would like to pretend it is.

For what it's worth. I am often (not always) a Friday thru Sunday sitter for morff due to his weekend schedule/lack of computer access. Sometimes I forget about his turns. Sometimes I don't take them all. Sometimes I don't check him in time.

As for JD crack about ES. Yes ES is a KOA member for like a week. He very likely doesn't know morff or even realize he is a clan mate. Yes another mod should be handed this case and JD should grow up a bit and cease trolling myself and other KOA members...

Thank you KA for re opening this one. It has been made clear that ES being new to KOA did not realize he was dealing with a clan mate. No harm no foul,everyone can make a mistake.

But the accused has went a little overboard, with the nationality bashing,those comments are specifically derogatory to those players and their homelands. Once is game rage we all have moments when the dice piss us off. But when its repeated over and over,thats bigotry.

Go ahead close this one too. Tired of this bs as the other got closed when anyone says anything about a mod. Like I said KA has to control the children.

Please note my post regarding the original complaint of hostage-holding. My reason for foeing him was because at that time, there were a number of instances I had noted of his doing exactly this (which came from previous complaints against him). This is clearly not at all an isolated incident nor should it be treated as such. And of course, the note about his language as well, though that is a different issue (but one just as damaging to the site financially, concerning players who run across him).

KA why didnt you just assign the punishment? There is no way anybody can honestly look at this and say he doesnt use bigotry way more than should be allowed.... I have had him foed for so long due to this. I dont think his account should be able to post except in hidden forums.

+1 this may be the first time it has been brought forward on morff's bigotry,but this needs to be handled to where he cant do it again. It wont hurt him to be able to just talk to his clan in pvt forums, or team game chat only. And it wont hurt anyone else on the site for this to be done to him.

It might send out a warning to others to not act in the same way.

humm the problem i see is the abuse is in game chat not in the forums so he has not actually broke any forum rules to get a forum ban... onloy thing i can think off is

1) intentional deadbeating warning
2)bigotry 2nd offense site ban.

since both offenses are major infractions and the bigotry is not in forums.

jefjef,your right dont try an push a double infraction. But morff seems rather agressive for the usual warning. It wouldnt be denying him much to block him from posting anywhere but pvt forums.

On the other hand letter of the rule is first infraction is warning for bigotry.

And I have been pushing for equal treatment for everyone.

So no hypocrisy from me.

And I would expect the same from others that have been vying for equal treatment.

mods ask for 3 or 4 recent examples for intentional deadbeating these have been given... holding hostage in some games he says in chat enjoy your wait so this prooves he is holding freemiums hostage by deadbeating out. here are some recent examples of intentional deadbeating in games cases.
