The accused are suspected of:

Severe Wall & Forum Abuse: Pershing has celebrated his return from vacation by posting the below on my wall, and in the forum discussing his cheating. I'm one of the victims of his cheating, but being a normal thinking member of the CC community I have restrained myself from telling this cheat what I think of him by using abusive language. Unfortunately, Pershing seems to ignore the CC rules whenever he can, and has unleashed his vocabulary and knowledge of the English language to the best of his ability.


NOTE: This is now the 3rd major infraction from the CC rules.... I expect this player be removed from the site:

Is this message the only one or are there other instances? If there are more it would probably point to abuse but if it is only one then you will probably be told to foe and move on. However the matter of point splitting if true might be another issue.

Hmm, ok.

There's no PMs, but there is a big abusive message on my wall, and another big abusive message in the cheating forum.

It needs to be noted, because you can't let people go around using this language otherwise forums will descend into a massive abuse-fest.

I don't need to foe him, I find his idiocy entertaining. I also like how he can't spell, and he thinks that he is deserving of his score given how much of a poor player he is, and that he's gained so many points from cheating.

Just on a side note, I realise that the last resort is to perm-ban a player because they contribute an annual membership fee.... BUT, I can assure you that a looser like Pershing with an ego as big as his will just start a new membership under a new name, so the website will continue to generate an income from him.

Your call King Achilles.... I'm sure with his level of ethics, that you'll find ongoing Cheating and Abuse reports against Pershing again in the future, and at some point he will need to be kicked.
