TuffyLess is deliberately not finishing me, either by purposely missing turns or by not attacking me when he has clearly beaten me and is toying me around.
I have already warned him that I would report if he continues, he isn't answering and is continuing to do so.

the missed turn was on the one where he was going to finish me, and he played the other one where he needed one more round during that same time during that period of time.
that is just another proof he's doing it on purpose other than the drops without attacks.

In that game linked above he has failed to take any terts on his last two turns, in the other he has taken terts every turn except his last.

I don't know about you but sometimes when I attack an opponent I get unlucky and fail to conquer them. It happens when the defender gets better dice than me and therefore defeats my troops.

omg - I missed one turn in two singles/poly games & the games are about to finish in another round or two ...
I have a 1% turn miss score with a 4.9 rating and this is the first time Ive been reported for anything AFAIK - been a member for years.
A history of playing w/ betiko and his clan numerous times in wars between GoN and LLHD and never any ill-play by any side;
dont get so butt hurt betiko w/ having to face a loss, take it like a man, and just chill out already - damn.

ffs crybaby .. i lose games too but have never resorted to this infantile level of anger-release.

This is a poly game so that means not every single turn does a color of mine boarder and carry a big enough sword to successfully attack an enemy color (enough to generate a log entry anyways), every single turn.
The 2nd game posted below where the same color of mine does not attack 2 turns in a row (perhaps cuz that color doesnt boarder an enemy so little other option then deploy on your other color for support), do you see repetitious non-attacks?
Better question - is that the only log entry you used to justify your expedient reply in this thread without analytics or thoughtful thought?

dude, why would you play the turn on the game where you were not going to be able to finish me; but deadbeat the one where you could finish me immediately (both having the same time left)? then have a few goes where you didn't attack to finish me quick in spite of your insane drop and that i was suiciding my troops to help you..
anways, now you've finished them, no problem; but I warned you on your wall one day and you didn't attack me the next day... so I opened this report after the warning.

i seriously doubt there wasn't any intention to drag these games. And if there were none, well you surely made everything to make me think so. I don't care about the points right now as I'm on a medal hunt run, so no, this has nothing to do with me being bitter or anything.

In tennis or badminton, if someone incorrectly appeals against the umpire's decision twice then they aren't allowed to make any more appeals for the rest of the set.

I reckon C&A needs a similar system. File dubious reports against people just cause you're mad that they're beating you, and get banned from filing C&A reports for a few weeks. Would probably reduce the case load by like 90% if the recent nonsense is anything to go by.
